After receiving her certificate in Event, Meeting, and Conference Management at New York University, Andrea knew her passion was in events. She started as an administrative assistant with Marriott International and worked her way up to senior event manager, ultimately working in several hotels in a variety of cities - Boston, Chicago and Seattle. Andrea started by planning small one-day meetings and ultimately moved on to large multi-day conferences. She also possesses additional expertise in planning a wide range of social events, including weddings, rehearsal dinners, charity fundraisers and auctions.
After 13 years at Marriott, Andrea became a catering sales manager for a local restaurant and gained additional experience in sales.
With a dedication for customer service, Andrea cares deeply about her clients and is dedicated to ensuring a seamless event. She is a native of Chicago and relocated to Seattle seven years ago where she enjoys everything that the Emerald City has to offer. As the newest member of Vivien Maier and Associates, she manages speakers, conference logistics, shipping, webcasting, and audio visual.
